My Maximus is marvellous, so many advantages comparing to the one I had. It’s really ready to go in 20 minutes and cooks the pizzas really well in not even 2 minutes, it’s crazy… I make the pizza dough as you suggested 3 days ahead with the Caputo flour. Everybody loves it. That’s all I can say: I love it.
