The Sovoro Stella Wood Fired Oven is a versatile outdoor oven designed for wood-fired pizza, roasting, and rotisserie cooking. The two-piece front door includes a central groove for a rotisserie rod, an integrated air-draw hatch for airflow control, and the ability to open only half the door at a time for improved heat retention.

Finished with beech wood handles and a dome coated in natural projected white cork with a black brick arch, the oven delivers excellent heat efficiency while maintaining a clean, refined appearance.

Construction: In a craft perfected by our European partner over the last 100 years, the ovens interior is constructed with one piece refractory clay, each oven is fully insulated with ceramic fibre insulation blankets & expansion clay, with each ovens exterior finished with projected cork, a natural material brining added thermal conductivity, added insulation, weatherproofing, mould resistance and a sleek finish to your wood fired oven. 

Door Features: Split door design allowing the door to be opened in two sections. Air draw rectangle hatch located at the centre lower of the door, rotisserie insert hole located in the direct centre of the door where a rotisserie rod can be inserted - cooking food with your door closed! Door finished with timber beech wood door knobs.
