Stainless steel ovens

Our stainless steel ovens are relatively easy to move and install. The Piccolo & fiamma can be moved and lifted easily. The Fiamma XXL, Chef and Art Series ovens are larger and will need some planning and additional help or equipment. You can ask a local removals company to assist with the installation, or search for someone on platforms like airtasker. The chef & art series ovens have 4 lifting arms that come out from the slab of the oven to assist when lifting an moving the oven. The bellow methods may be of assistance also.

Traditional & Sovoro Ovens

Our traditional and sovoro ovens have lifting points on all 4 corners of the oven. The traditional ovens are permanent lifting points which can be grinned off once in position if you choose to, and our Sovoro ovens have i bolts which can be screwed out and removed once your oven is in place. Ensure the i bolts are securely tightened before lifting your Sovoro oven. To lift your oven, attach slings onto the lifting points with D shackles or similar lifting hardware, attach the slings to your lifting equipment and carefully lift and place on your oven. Ensure there are no impact or rub points on your oven from hardware or slings, apply padding as needed. Tip: if you need to purchase slings and D shackles Keble’s trading have great priced product.   • DIY Installation Guidance

    The two main installation methods include:

    • Mechanical Installation: Utilise machinery such as excavators, crane truck, tractors, or forklifts to lift, move, and position the oven. 
    • Manual Installation: Rent engine hoists from Kennards, Coats Hire, or similar providers. Lifting trolleys and gantries are also effective tools for certain applications. Ensure that your equipment is suitable for the weight of your oven, ensure that your equipment is suitable for the ground it is on or traveling on. 

We can install your oven for you

We offer a full delivery and installation service for the following areas. Melbourne, wider Melbourne, Mornington Peninsular, Macedon ranges, Brisbane, Gold Coast down to Byron Bay and Brisbane up through the Sunshine Coast. If you live near these areas we may well be able to deliver and install for you also (just reach out to discuss). Our team and partner installers will handle the entire process, ensuring your oven is positioned and set up correctly onto your bench or trolley. We use an all terrain forklift for this process. Minimum clearance required: 2.4 metres wide x 2.2 metres high. The ground we travel over needs to handle the weight of the forklift. We can travel over grass, gravel, dirt, concrete with ease.
